Please note that our printed document orders are shipped and delivered via UPS.
We are not responsible once your order has been shipped. Once an order has been picked up and is in-transit it becomes the responsibility of UPS.
We are provided with a tracking number that UPS emails to clients separately so that the status and progress of deliveries can be monitored.
In the event of a lost, damaged or delayed shipment, UPS will need to be contacted by the receiver to open an investigation and file a claim.
